

Further to that point, you would be hard pressed to find any posts about negative experiences with any transport company that would make you think that you need to seek out a particular company because they are better than any other. I have yet to see a post from someone that their one and only question regarding their trip is about their transport from the airport to the hotel. Even more perplexing is that other companies transport a lot more passengers, but you never, and I mean ever see a single post for CARM, Cancun Valet, Viator, Grey Line, etc. Oddly every time this comes up and I ask for a reasonable explanation why this would occur for something that is little more than a 10 minute ride in a transport van that people are so compelled to respond with such glowing responses that you would think this was the whole purpose of their trip. I am simply stating my suspicion with these two companies that seem to be the only transportation companies that have people that ask for opinions here followed by people coming out of the woodwork to sing their praises. This was for Decembeer 24 at aprox 7 pm and maybe they did not want to work on that day and time, in which case they should have told me that when I made the reservation. I´m writing this only to worn other customers, I would have liked someone to prevent me from having a bad time. It is a shame to have companies like this one in Cancun, one of the best destinations in the world. I do believe Mexico is one of the best countries for vacations in every aspect. After some back and forth he agreed to take me, but if I had not recognized his lanyard and stopped him on his way to give the concierge the no show form he would have left and I would have missed my flight. I stopped him and asked if he was there for me, was told I had no showed and showed me the form he had filled out with my name on it saying I wasn't there. After 15 minutes I saw a man get out of the van that I had been next to with a Feraltar lanyard on. After 10 minutes of waiting I tried to call them twice but they did not answer.

I sat outside the hotel lobby as directed and waited for my driver to meet me. My experience on the return trip was just as bad. I plan to file a claim with paypal to hopefully get my payment back. The payment was drafted from my account 5 days ago and I emailed them asking for a refund and have been ignored for the past two days. I sent them a payment and immediately received an email saying that they only accept credit cards through paypal not a bank transfer so I would have to pay in cash upon arrival and they would refund me once they received that payment. When you confirm with them they make you pay ahead of time through paypal. I booked a hotel transfer with this company. They will be very prompt when getting your money but ignore you once they have it. Using this service has made our vacation so much less stressful and has allowed us to spend more time at our hotel and less at others! I highly recommend this service - it is worth the price! The transport is huge, spacious, comfortable and clean, and cold bottled water is offered enroute if you'd like.

The drivers are friendly, personable and speak English perfectly. We literally didn't realize how easy and quick a ride it could be! The coordinators at the airport have always been helpful and friendly. It was annoying that it stopped at multiple hotels for pick ups and drop offs - a trip that should have taken between 25 and 40 minutes (depending on traffic) took well between 60 and 90 minutes in a cramped van! Since then, we have taken this private transport. The first time we went to Mexico we did not have this service and took a "regular" shuttle. This was the 2nd time we've used Feraltar for rides to and from the airport and our hotel (4 times total as we've used them roundtrip).
